But, we've been over that a few times now, so I'll let the dead horse lie.<BR/><BR/>Interestingly, I just got back from a meeting where a few people who had just gotten back from Kenner (New Orleans suburb) described the situation down there. They had a lot of good things to say about FEMA and the efficiency with which they are now operating, especially with regard to the infrastructure.
